Property is often seen as an excellent way to generate income from an asset. We often recommend property for pension ARF's and SSAP (Small Self Administered Pension) clients. As an asset class it is not as liquid as the other investments outlined on the site. Most funds will have an element of the following:

• Direct Commercial and Residential Property 
• Shares in property companies listed on the Stock Market or indeed in private equity property companies which are not listed on an exchange  
•  In a collective investment property syndicate which aims to invest in a portfolio of properties in a fund
